Consent agenda, approved as one vote: 5.a: Authorized the City Manager to execute a master service agreement with Burns & McDonnell for the purchase of professional services in an amount not to exceed $120,000. 5.b: Approved the purchase of a new 500 kW Caterpillar generator from BD Holt Co (dba Holt Cat), through an interlocal purchasing agreement with Sourcewell, in an amount not to exceed $195,000. 5.c: Authorized the City Manager to execute a professional services contract with Halff Associates, Inc. for the design of the Northwest Wastewater Interceptor Improvements project in an amount not to exceed $280,538.

6.a: Discuss and consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a raw water supply contract with Tarrant Regional Water District. MUB03272025 Page 1 of 2 Director of Water Utilities Rick Shaffer presented this item. After discussion, on the motion of Ken Davis, second by Heidi Wilder, the board voted to approve this item. Motion carried 6 - 0.

6.b: Consider and/or act upon acceptance of the annual audit report for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2024, as presented by Pattillo, Brown & Hill, L.L.P. Accounting Manager Hannah Seymour introduced Paula Lowe of Pattillo, Brown & Hill, L.L.P., who provided a brief overview of the annual audit report. Ms. Lowe explained that the City of Weatherford was rendered an unmodified opinion, which is the highest opinion rendered. On the motion of Ken Davis, second by Heidi Wilder, the board voted to accept the audit report as presented. Motion carried 6 - 0.

7.a: Water Purification Plant Project Update Director of Water Utilities Rick Shaffer presented this item. This update was for informational purposes, and no action was required or taken.

7.b: Project Status Update Director of Electric Utilities Joe Farley and Assistant Director of Public Works Bill Smith presented this item. This update was informational purposes, and action was required or taken.

7.c: Lake Weatherford Trail System Update Assistant Director of Public Works Bill Smith presented this item. This update was for informational purposes, and no action was required or taken.
