General Budget Updates. (Item re-visited) Brianna Fowler, County Auditor, presented information to the court.

Discuss/Approve general fund budget for 2024-2025 fiscal year, including but not limited to:.

IT Projects & Budget Requests Update. Abraham Favala, IT dept. presented information to the court regarding IT requests. The following motions were made: *Motion was made by Commissioner Conley and seconded by Judge Deen to approve the IT requests of the County Judge. Minutes-Budget Session. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve the IT requests of the County Clerk Records and Deeds Department; carried.

Building & Grounds Projects Budget Requests. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to fund that project at $179,600; carried.

Discuss/Vote on Additional Employee Salary Requests and/or New Positions. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve the salary re-class request of JP 3, as presented by County Treasurer Becky McCullough; carried.

Capital & Non-Capital Budget Requests. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve the request of Constable 3 for a Drone; carried.

Discuss/Vote on Special Revenue Funds and Projects. No action taken.
