7.a: Consider approval of Amendment #2 with Plummer Associates, Inc. for MUB10302025 Page 1 of 2 additional construction phase services for the Dr. Paul Phillips Water Purification Plant - Taste and Odor Treatment project in an amount not to exceed $231,919.20. Director of Water Utilities Rick Shaffer presented this item. After discussion, on the motion of Ken Davis, second by Zack Smith, the board voted to approve this item. Motion carried 4 - 0.
7.b: Consider approval and authorization of revisions to the Weatherford Water Supply Reservoir - Lake Lot License Agreement. Director of Water Utilities Rick Shaffer presented this item. After discussion, on the motion of Zack Smith, second by Heidi Wilder, the board voted to authorize the proposed revisions to the Weatherford Water Supply Reservoir Lake Lot License Agreement and directed staff to utilize the updated agreement for all future lake lot license agreements. Motion carried 4 - 0.
