Director of Economic Development Ashley Seiler presented a facade improvement grant request for 111 W Church Street. After discussion, on the motion of Luke Williams, second by Chandler Lacefield, the board voted to approve the request as presented. Motion carried 4 – 0.
3.b: Consider a request for a facade improvement grant for 202 West Oak Street in an amount not to exceed $5,597. Director of Economic Development Ashley Seiler presented a facade improvement grant request for 202 West Oak Street. After discussion, on the motion of John Hinton, second by Luke Williams, the board voted to approve the request as presented. Motion carried 4 – 0.
3.c: Consider a request for a facade improvement grant for 126A York Avenue in an amount not to exceed $21,132.50. No action was taken on this item as facade grant funds have been fully expended for the current fiscal year.
