Consent agenda, approved as one vote (5-0, on the motion of Mayor Pro Tem Jeff Robinson, second by Kevin Cleveland): Approved the minutes of the City Council meeting held December 11, 2018. Ratified Ordinance 946-2018-61 approving a zoning district change from C-2 Commercial/Interstate to PD Planned Development (Heavy Commercial) at 1222 W Interstate 20, as was discussed and voted upon during the December 11, 2018 City Council meeting. Approved an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Weatherford and the North Central Texas Emergency Communications District for the construction and use of a microwave radio tower at a participant owned site. Ratified the appointment of Lisa Elkins to the Housing Committee. Authorized the City Manager to utilize funds exceeding $50,000 with Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc. for FY19. Authorized the City Manager to execute Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Reytech Services, LLC for additional rock backfill material needed for the Black Warrior Creek Stabilization project. Award of purchase to Freightliner of Austin through the competitively bid Buy Board contract for purchase of two 2020 rear load garbage trucks for an amount not to exceed $387,064.
