Hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding the proposed involuntary annexation of land being 810 acres of land more or less located wholly or partially in the John Sullivan Survey, Abstract 2055, the James D. Long survey, Abstract 800, the Samuel Barber Survey, Abstract 151, the Stephen F. Jones Survey, Abstract 748, the Isaac C. Spence Abstract 1193, the Martha Hunter survey, Abstract 600, the I. & G. N. Railroad Company Survey, Abstract 1790 and the Hannibal Good Survey, Abstract 536, Parker County, Texas. Mayor Swancy announced the rules and opened the Public Hearing at 6:33 p.m. The following spoke in opposition of the annexation: Kyle Miller, 2702 Old Brock Road Larry Bartoli, 1051 Harmony Circle L.D. Whitehead, 132 Diamond Ridge Lane Joe Karr, 150 Summer Stone Court Sharon Hicks, 201 Fort Worth Highway Steve Aue, 120 Signature Court As there were no other speakers, Mayor Swancy closed the hearing at 6:53 p.m.
