AYES: Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Walden, Commissioner Hale NOES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley MOTION CARRIED TI. ADJOURNMENT. NOTE: Commissioners Court may choose, to convene into Executive Session items out of agenda sequence depending upon availability of counsel; AYES: Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Walden, Commissioner Hale NOES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley; carried.
