Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4 that we utilize the November 2025 election date for a bond issue for the Justice Center and the Jail. AYES: Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Walden, Commissioner Hale NOES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley MOTION CARRIED TI. ADJOURNMENT. NOTE: Commissioners Court may choose, to convene into Executive Session items out of agenda sequence depending upon availability of counsel; AYES: Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Walden, Commissioner Hale NOES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley; carried.
