7.a: Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a construction contract with MUB04242025 Page 1 of 3 RW Jones Heavy Construction, LLC for the Town Creek Interceptor Wastewater Improvements project in an amount not to exceed $2,798,067. Assistant Director of Public Works Bill Smith presented this item. After discussion, on the motion of Ken Davis, second by Dr. Tom Novak, the board voted to approve this item. Motion carried 5 - 0.
