3.a: Hold a PUBLIC HEARING and consider a request for designation of an individual local historic landmark at 401 Fort Worth Highway, known as Santa Fe Depot, City of Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. Monica Johnson presented this item. Teri Hubbard opened the public hearing at 5:34 p.m. There being no speakers, Teri Hubbard closed the public hearing at 5:34 p.m. On the motion of John Gengler, second by Brenda McClurkin, the Commission voted to forward the request for local historic landmark designation to the City Council with a recommendation of approval. Motion carried 5 - 0.
