Consider approval of Ordinance 791-2016-37 on second and final reading for the voluntary annexation of Lockwood Phase 4, a 31.159 acre tract of land situated in and being a portion of the J.V. Shirley Survey, Abstract No. 2057, V.A. Holmes Survey, Abstract No. 658, & D. Ligon Survey, Abstract No. 2019, Parker County, Texas; being a portion of those tracts of land conveyed to NTX Lockwood in V. 1272 P. 567; DOC.# 201507146; DOC.# 201507147; DOC.# 201507148; that tract conveyed to NTX Lockwood in DOC.#201507136; official public records, Parker County, Texas. Both Public Hearings required for this annexation have occurred. The first reading was at the City Council meeting held July 26, 2016. This is the second and final reading. On the motion of Heidi Wilder, second by Dale Fleeger, the Council voted to approve Ordinance 791- 2016-37 for the voluntary annexation of Lockwood Phase 4. Motion carried 3 - 0.
