Survey, Abstract No. 1453, and the George Staggs Survey, Abstract No. 1196, Parker County, Texas. Mayor Hooks opened the Public Hearing at 11:47 a.m. As there were no speakers, Mayor Hooks closed the hearing at 11:47 a.m. No actions was required or taken on this item. Hold a Public Hearing on the proposed voluntary annexation of University Hills, a 69.20 acre tract of land situated in and being a portion of the T&P R.R. Co. Survey, Abstract No. 1447, Parker County, Texas and being those certain tracts conveyed to Lumar Development, Inc. by deeds recorded in Volume 1852, Page 356 and Volume 1852, Page 359 of the Real Records of Parker County, Texas. Mayor Hooks opened the Public Hearing at 11:48 a.m. As there were no speakers, Mayor Hooks closed the hearing at 11:48 a.m. No actions was required or taken on this item.
