She reviewed the annexation process beginning with the May 26, 2015 approval of the resolution setting two public hearings. Staff held a town hall meeting and both public hearings have been held. This is the first reading of the ordinance. The second and final reading will be on August 4, 2015. If approved, the annexation will become effective that day.
