on page ii, under 'Profile of the City of Weatherford', second paragraph, eighth line, change 'at-: large basis for two-year staggered terms' to 'at-large basis for three-year staggered terms'; and
on page iv, in the last line of the first paragraph, in the section titled 'Long-term Financial: Planning and Major Initiatives,' insert a period following the words 'Accounting Standards Board 54 purposes' and strike the remainder of that sentence because it seems a little unclear; and
on pages 4 and 8, that the summary position in the last paragraph on page 8 should replace the: second bullet point under "Financial Highlights" on page 4 because the paragraph from page 8 is truly what the net result was and, in making this change, the $6.5M should equal the highlight section and, in addition to that, you had governmental activities that increased by $1.6M and if on page 10, that reconciles with the governmental activities section on page 8 and which is not included in the current 'Financial Highlights' listed on page 4, so that all of those reconcile to one another; and
on page 58, in section 'G. Derivative Instruments', to reword (WHAT) so it is clearer to the user: that the City's hedging program is to hedge the risk of power cost or price risk, and to hedge congestion risk.
