Approval of Minutes — April 14, 2026. The minutes of the April 14, 2026 meeting were reviewed. Following review and discussion, Director Carter made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Director Hayes seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Review of and vote to approve Financial Statements/Reports. Director Barnett noted that the Finance Committee met with Ms. Harris and Mr. Bacus earlier and reviewed the financial statements and reports, The Finance Committee recommended that the professional service agreements with Snow, Garrett, Williams and Valley View Investment Managers be extended as specified under the terms and conditions of their contracts. : Following review and discussion, Director Carter made a motion to approve the financial statements and reports as presented. Director French seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Update on TIRZ Program from City of Weatherford. Mr. Chad Marbut, Ms. Ashley Seiler and Mr. Jordan Sawyer updated the Board on the history and the status of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 1. Mr. Sawyer noted that the TIRZ Board and the City Council recently passed amendments to the TIRZ #1 Zone calling for the expansion of its boundaries as well as the financing of new projects from the revenue derived from the expanded boundaries. Mr. Marbut urged the Board of Directors to consider participating in the new boundary amendment.

Reports from Parker County Hospital District Departments. Administration: Mr. Bacus updated the Board on activities in Administration. He noted that the improvements at Stations 1, 2, and 4 are almost complete and the contract with Sullivan will soon be closed out. The Schwarz-Hanson architect team have completed a site plan for a new EMS Station in Aledo. Mr. Bacus noted that there is a lot of interest on the OpenGov website in the Vine Street property. The deadline for bidding is May 1. Mr. Bacus reminded everyone of the upcoming Texas Healthcare Trustees Conference. EMS: Mr. Briggs reported that EMS is in the process of moving back to the Brock facility. He thanked the Brock Fire Department for housing PCHD EMS during the remodeling. Mr. Briggs noted that two EMS crews will be deployed to the upcoming World Cup. Outreach — Immunizations: Ms. Franklin reported that Outreach staff performed over 3,000 vision and hearing screenings during the month of March at the Aledo ISD. Outreach — Telemedicine: Ms. Jones reported that there were over 400 patient encounters between the School Based Program and On-Site Clinic during the month of March. Return to Open Session, address, and possible vote on any issues outstanding from. Executive Session: The Board reconvened into Open Session at 2:26 PM. No action was taken.

Discussion and possible vote to evaluate, approve, and /or amend physician personal. services agreement with Dr. Kris Wusterhausen: Following review and discussion, Director Carter made a motion to amend the contract between Dr. Kris Wusterhausen and the Hospital District, discontinuing his role and compensation as back up supervisor to the midlevel providers at Campbell Clinic as well as adjusting his contract so that a 5% fee will be charged after all nursing home collection expenses. Director Hayes seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Review of and possible vote to approve contract for construction of Peaster. Aeromedical Hangar: This item was tabled.
