Approval of Minutes — July 14, 2026. The minutes of the July 14, 2026 meeting were reviewed. Following review and discussion Director Hayes made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Director Carter seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Budget Workshop to discuss all department financial needs and capitol projects so. that staff may then prepare a proposed budget for presentation/consideration at the August board meetings: The proposed operating and capital budgets of the Marketing, Campbell Clinic, EMS and Admin Departments were reviewed and discussed in detail.
