Act upon selecting one or more newspapers for the purpose of public notices publication. Motion by Commissioner Hale Precinct 4, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1 that we select one or more newspapers for the purpose of Public Notices, and, to add the Community News to that list for Parker County; carried.

Approve and Accept that the petition to create Parker County Emergency Services District No. 10 meets the requirements of Chapter 775 of the Texas Health and Safety code, is feasible and will promote the public safety, welfare, health and convenience for persons residing within the proposed district and receive the resolution approved by the City of Reno to create an Emergency Services District within the City limits of the City of Reno. THIS ITEM WAS NOT CALLED.
