Consent (one vote): 6.a, an agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for the TASER 10 Certification Pro Plan, not to exceed $303,383, through BuyBoard Proposal No. 798-26; 6.b, annual renewal of fleet maintenance and repair contracts with 2033 Automotive and Black Fox Services, combined not to exceed $175,000; 6.c, FY26-27 contractual legal services with Taylor, Olson, Adkins, Sralla & Elam, LLP, not to exceed $400,000; 6.d, Ordinance O2026-35 adopting a municipal fee schedule for FY27; 6.e, a 2027 M2-106Plus Freightliner truck with a Heil Powertrack Commercial 27-yard trash body from Doggett Freightliner of Austin through TIPS, $308,404; 6.f, purchase and upfitting of one 2027 Chevrolet Tahoe Police Pursuit Vehicle from Sames Auto Group, not to exceed $120,000, bringing cumulative FY26 expenditures with Sames Auto Group to approximately $488,985.

Regular: 7.a, Resolution R2026-15 adopting the 2026 City Council Policy Manual; 7.b, a fiscal year meeting schedule (staff seeks direction); 7.c, the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool Board of Trustees ballot, Places 1-4; 7.d, Whirlix Design, Inc. to construct a new Holland Lake Park playground under BuyBoard Contract #781-25 and TIPS Contract #250104-02, total expenditure $2,457,711; 7.e, Resolution R2026-20 to join in the formation of the Parker County Public Utility Agency and an agreement on its creation and initial funding, recommended by the Municipal Utility Board and staff; 7.f, Resolution R2026-19 setting a public hearing on proposed amendments to the 2021 Water and Wastewater Impact Fee Program and the 2025 Roadway Impact Fee Program; 7.g, the Section 287(g) Task Force Model Memorandum of Agreement with ICE. Staff recommends approval on each item except 7.b, where staff seeks direction, and 7.c, where staff recommends a slate for the four places.
