3.a: Discuss and consider appointment of a Vice Chair for this Board. On the motion of Debbie Browder, second by Gayle Hall, the Board voted to approve Betty Richardson Vice Chair of this Board. Motion carried 4 - 0.
3.b: Update from the Friends of the Weatherford Public Library. Director of Library Services Erin Spicer presented this item. This update was for informational purposes and no action was required or taken.
3.c: Discuss and consider approval of amending the frequency, dates, and time the Weatherford Public Library Board meets. On the motion of Betty Richardson, second by Gayle Hall , the board voted to approve the meeting schedule of the Weatherford Public Library Board. The schedule will stay the fourth Monday of every other month at 6:30 PM.
