Approval of Minutes — March 26, 2026. The minutes of the March 26, 2026 meeting were reviewed. Following review and discussion, Director Hayes made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Director French seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Return to Open Session, address, and possible vote on any issues outstanding from. Executive Session: The Board reconvened into Open Session at 12:57 PM. No action was taken.
Reconsideration and possible vote to approve Master Lease Agreement with. Weatherford Health Services, LLC: Following review and discussion, a motion was made by Director French to approve, contingent upon final legal review by the Hospital District legal counsel, a Master Lease agreement with Weatherford Health Services, LLC, which would include a 17,000 square foot commitment for office space. Director Hayes seconded the motion. Directors Barnett, Carter, French, Hayes, Lisle and Lee voted in favor of the motion. The motion passed.
