The Growth Ledger

Week of Oct. 11, 2026. Edition 3.

The Growth Ledger is the weekly record of what is being built, decided and taxed in the Weatherford ISD footprint. This third edition is built from the Oct. 13 City Council agenda and its staff memos, the Oct. 14 Planning and Zoning Commission agenda, the Comptroller's active sales-tax permit list and the state's construction registry (TDLR TABS), each read Oct. 14, with the three adopted 2026 tax rates carried from their records. The council's Oct. 13 votes were not on the city's Granicus archive the morning after, so items from that agenda are listed as proposed. Rows are pulled from the government sources linked in each row and checked by an editor before publication.

Editions: Week of Oct. 11, 2026 (Edition 3) · Week of Oct. 4, 2026 (Edition 2) · Week of Sept. 18, 2026 (Edition 1). The newest edition is always at /growth-ledger/.

From the Oct. 13 council agenda, the Oct. 14 Planning and Zoning Commission agenda and the state's construction registry (TDLR TABS, Weatherford only); each row links to its source document. Council items are listed as proposed because the Oct. 13 meeting had no video or minutes on Granicus as of Oct. 14.
