The Oct. 13 agenda, still served from its AgendaViewer link, listed proclamations in recognition of Virginia Cotten Scott and declaring October 2026 Domestic Violence Awareness Month; approval of the Sept. 22 minutes, with the draft minutes attached; consent items for the FY27 Tarrant County Regional Auto Crimes Task Force interlocal, Tyler Technologies support contracts not to exceed $267,000, Bid #2026-019 for aggregate and materials not to exceed $700,000, the third and final renewal of Bid Number 2023-015 with Garcia Welding not to exceed $600,000, a Fire Station 3 generator contract with McDonald Municipal & Industrial not to exceed $230,081, a Siddons Martin Emergency Group services agreement not to exceed $115,000 and M-Pak uniform purchases not to exceed $130,000; and regular items for the Texas Municipal League Region 8 director ballot, on which staff recommended Mary Sarver, the purchase of self-contained breathing apparatus and related equipment from Casco Industries not to exceed $745,497.53, and the interlocal agreement with Parker County for downtown properties, plus an executive session on Project Apex. As of 5:25 a.m. Wednesday the Granicus archive page carried no row for the Oct. 13 meeting in its archive or upcoming tables, no clip id above 3523 and no entry for it in the agendas feed, so no video or minutes are posted; the Sept. 22 council and Sept. 24 Municipal Utility Board meetings still show an agenda, a packet and a video and no minutes, 22 and 20 days after the meetings, and the Sept. 8 council minutes remain the newest posted.
