The Granicus archive lists the Sept. 22 City Council meeting and the Sept. 24 Municipal Utility Board meeting with an agenda, a packet and a video each and no minutes; the Sept. 8 council minutes remain the newest council minutes posted, and the agenda feed's newest entries are the Oct. 14 Planning & Zoning Commission and Oct. 13 City Council agendas, both published Oct. 7. The Oct. 13 council agenda's item 6.a is approval of the minutes of the Sept. 22 meeting, with the minutes attached to the item. The archive page's upcoming-meetings list shows 103 meetings from Oct. 13, 2026 through Dec. 30, 2027, with agenda and packet links on the Oct. 13 and Oct. 14 rows only. The city's news flash and alert center feeds and the county's news flash feed carried no items at 5:19 a.m.; BoardBook still lists the Sept. 14 trustees meeting as the newest, without minutes, and no October meeting; the district's news page still leads with the Oct. 6 National Principals Month notice.

Where it stands: The Sept. 22 council and Sept. 24 Municipal Utility Board minutes were not posted on Granicus as of Oct. 4; the Sept. 8 council minutes, posted Oct. 2, are the newest.
